     All shelving surfaces, window ledges, tabletops,open bookshelves, and basically wipe down all surfaces we can get to without moving computers, files,etc.. All carpeted areas vacuumed All desks dusted, all glass doors & surfaces cleaned and free of smudges. All paintings, signages and wall hangings dusted. All handrails in common areas wiped down. All drinking fountains and water coolers are to be wiped down and free of smudges. All waste receptacles emptied and trash placed in designated area. All hard surface floors dry/dust mopped, or wet mopped.

All door handles and light switches are to be wiped. 

Restroom Areas:

      All basins, bowls, urinals toilet seats, and sinks cleaned and sanitized. All mirrors in bathrooms are to be cleaned. All floors are to be cleaned and sanitized. All waste receptacles are to be emptied and trash placed in designated area.

Kitchen / Eating areas:

     The countertops cleaned. The cabinets wiped down. All/if any appliance such as microwaves, refrigerators etc... cleaned. Tables cleaned. Floors to be cleaned and sanitized.

Turnovers:

     The total cleaning of  rentals, repossessed, and to be auctioned properties, as well as homes for sale:  Interior and exterior debris removal. Complete clean of empty home. Small handyman repairs, as well as painting. 

Healthcare:

     Hospitals, nursing homes, and Doctor offices. Basically the same cleaning provided as a commercial cleaning.
